Should Nordette be taken on the 1st day of periods?

You mean to start it for the first time?

If you take it on the first day of your period, it will provide immediate protection against pregnancy. However, if you start it later in your cycle, you'll need to take it for a full 7 days, before it will be effective.

Hello there i got same question I am switching to Nordette from Yasmin pills, I finished my pill a week ago, so tomorrow would be the 7th day but I didnt take anything yet. Eh ang sabi start during the first day of mens but i missed already. What will i do, should i start it tomorrow? 7th day.
