Well, they are two different narcotics and there's always a chance of one working better for you, than another. That's why there are usually several medications available in any given treatment category. Someone else may have these problems with Percocet and have to take Norco, instead.
The FDA classifies these medications as narcotic analgesics, so they carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause sid effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth.
