The only tablet I can find with 533 on it, imprinted in black on a white pill is manufactured by Sun Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 200mgs of Tramadol, which is a mild opioid that is used to treat, or prevent pain.
The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, and constipation.
