No Period And Breast Hurting

Hi Doc,I started taking nur isterate last year in May and ,took it for 6 months, my next follow up was in the 29th DEC 2017 but didn't go back cause I gained weight and wanted to stop it. In January 2018 I didn't get my period for the whole month,and in feb I got an infection but treated it in between the Infection I bleeded for almost a week,took home pregnancy rest 3/times and it all showed negative. Now we are in March haven't got any period and my breast are hurting, could it be cause I stopped the nu isterate ? Please help
