If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine what they contain.
Can you ask the person who gave them to you?
We can rule them out as being a manufactured U.S. prescription product, because they are all required by law to have imprints to enable their identification.
However, that still leaves many over the counter possibilities, as well as foreign medications.
I also can't find any definitive information on a product called Slim Gras.
