Nitrofurmarc 100 Mg

I was put on Nitrofurmacr 100 mg for seven days for an UTI and finished yesterday. Today my symptoms are coming back. Do I have to go back to the Dr. for a new Rx? Why didn't this work?

Not all medications work for everyone to treat any given problem. While most times the first antibiotic prescribed works for people, this just isn't always the case.

Did your doctor actually test for UTI, or simply tell you that's what it was? I ask because I was mis"diagnosed" for years with UTIs only to find out that in fact I had IC, which antibiotics do nothing for.
