my dr put me on this and ever sense i cant go to work cause im so nause my stomach hurts reay bad.i stopped taking it for one day and i was fine, then i was told to take it with apple sauce that didnt work so im not taking it anymore and calling my dr if u dont like how u feel on it stop taking it and call yr dr

Many of these antibiotics have some pretty undesirable side effects associated with them. Unfortunately, nausea, vomiting and loss of appetite, are all common side effects of Nitrofurantoin, and I can't really say that other antibiotics are much better in terms of side effects; unless you're seeking a more natural alternative.
