Nitrofur Macr 100 Mg &azithromycin

Can you take nitrofur macro in addition to azithromycin
I am on azithromycin for bronchitis. And now am getting a uti infection can I take nitro fur macro also?

Based on my research there are no drug interactions found between Nitro Macro (nitrofurantoin) and azithromycin; deeming them safe to take together.
