Hi TA,

There's actually quite a few different interactions found between every medication you mentioned "except" for Nitrofu-Macr...you can view these interactions below:

Enalapril and Prednisone:
Corticosteroids may antagonize the effects of antihypertensive medications by inducing sodium and fluid retention.

Prednisone and Trileptal (oxcarbazepine):
Coadministration with oxcarbazepine may decrease the plasma concentrations of drugs that are substrates of the CYP450 3A4 isoenzyme.

Keppra (levetiracetam) and Trileptal (oxcarbazepine):
Central nervous system- and/or respiratory-depressant effects may be additively or synergistically increased in patients taking multiple drugs that cause these effects, especially in elderly or debilitated patients.

Enalapril and Food:
Moderate-to-high dietary intake of potassium can cause hyperkalemia in some patients who are using angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. In some cases, affected patients were using a potassium-rich salt substitute.

I would consider contacting your doctor about these interactions if they remain a concern to you. To answer your question though, yes, Nitrofur-Macr can be taken with the above medications. It's just the other medications that interact with each other in certain ways.

I hope this info helps!
