Nitrofur Macr 100 Mg Is This Related To Sulfer

Is macrobid or the generic ( Nitrofur Macr 100) be related to Sulfer or Penicillin?

Although this is an antibiotic, It does not contain Sulfur, nor is it related to Penicillin. Due to sulfa allergies, it must be stated on a medication when it contains a sulfur-based ingredient.

This antibiotic does have a lot of side effects however, so you may be experiencing one or more of these if you do have any symptoms.

I would suggest looking into the vast number of natural antibiotic alternatives (in the form of herbs, essential oils, and dietary changes) if you're not getting the results you're looking for from Nitrofurantoin.
