Nitrofur Mac Side Effectssssssssssss

I've been taking this medicine for the last 6 days I've noticed I'm nauseous I have really bad stomach pain and back pain is this a side effect?

The nausea can be a normal side effect, but the pain might be a sign of dehydration, if you've been having diarrhea from this antibiotic. It can cause it to happen a lot faster than most people expect.
