Nitrofur Mac 50mg Side Effects Normal?

I started taking this for a bladder infection. I know the common side effects is the change in stool and urine color. bit private thats why Im posting anonmusly on this post. But my urine has changed to a orange color and my Im constipated. The stool also has a unusual smell. Also expereincing dry mouth. Is this normal?
