Dont know what i found. Small brown tablet B on one side 30 on the other ## This is a 30mg Nifedical XL tablet, it contains the active ingredient Nifedipine in a time released formulation. It is a calcium channel blocker that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and treat certain cardiac conditions. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach pain.
