Niacin-NF contains Inositol Nicotinate, it is a supplement that is used as a vasodilator.

As such, the side effects for it have not been studied, as has been down for regular prescription medications.

Some Niacin products are known to cause flushing, however, this formulation is broken down much slower, so those incidences have been greatly reduced.

Since it is also a vasodilator, this could result in your being more sensitive to heat and cold, in your extremities.
