UpdatedI have been taking nexpro-l for the last 4 months. My age is 52. The doctor advised me to continue again for one month. I just want to know whether it is safe?

It is always best to follow your doctor's instructions and take it as long as he deems it safe for you to do so.
The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, and flatulence.
Is there anything else I can help with?
