Nexito, Vitamin D, Dizziness

I'm a 26 year old male. It was a usual night I was sleeping and suddenly I felt numbness in my left leg and left arm and I don't know whether it was because of my sleeping posture. I felt it was some other problem and suddenly my heart started to pump fast and i was sweating and finally i managed somehow and i slept. The next day I was googling the symptoms and mistakenly assumed it was stroke and went to see a neurologist.. The doctor said it was just because of depression and stress.. But I don't have that much stress or felt depressed. Then the doctor prescribed me nexito 10mg, amicon and supranex. Then for a day I was normal but by the next day while getting up I can lift my legs and hands but my mind can't feel it. Then it was normal for a few minutes. Then I stopped taking the tablet and met a consulting doctor at Apollo, he has asked me to take few tests like an ECG, vitamin D, B12. And found that I'm vitamin D deficient. Note I'm taking tablets but I'm feeling dizziness and now my bp doesn't get lower than 145/93. Now my doctor advised me to take a BP tablet "arbazeal 40". Even now I feel the dizziness.. Don't know what causes me feel this and while sleeping I'm getting confusion. Please someone help me.
