my neurologist doctor had prescribe me nexito forte and provanol 20 i am suffering from nick pain from last 1.5 years i already had been under physiotherapy in beginning for six months when orthopedic doctor think it is just simple muscle pain but after six month of physiotherapy my problem was not solve then physiotherapist suggest me for neurologist and after taking the above drugs i feel better for next six months but now again i have regular nick pain even do i am taking nexito fort and provanol 20 without brake pls give me suggestion now what i do next because i am able to understand my problem.

Nexito Forte contains the active ingredient Escitalopram, it is an SSRI antidepressant and these have been shown to be effective for certain types of nerve pain.

Provanol contains the active ingredient Propranolol, it is a beta blocker and can sometimes help with pain, because of the way it works on the vascular system.
