New To Daliresp

I have read so many good things about Daliresp. My doctor gave me a two week supply to see if I could tolerate the side effects if I had them. I have had some stomach issues and sleeplessness for the 10 days i have taken them. I am determined to make this work! I should have waited to try this new drug. I am booked for a cruise in 10 days. Should I quit taking this and try again when I get back or would I have more issues by stopping now? Or is the worst over? I was also put on Oxygen Therapy two months ago.

Hello, Kathy! How are you? What did you end up doing?

If you've not had any serious problems, after using it for a month, things should likely be fine, but only your doctor can advise you on what you should do.

The FDA lists its other typical side effects as possibly including dry mouth, dry throat, cough, and trouble breathing.

I only used it for 8 days. Got back from my cruise and in the process of moving. So . . I want to try it again when things are back to normal. I am thinking of calling my doctor and seeing if I can take it every other day to help with the horrible side effects. Thanks for asking!!
