New Side Effects

I've been taking Tramadol for 8 months and just this week it has begun to trigger side effects- nausea, dizziness, fatigue, and other stomach issues. Has anyone else experienced this. I am leary of taking it and have a drs. appt. coming soon. I am just worried and upset b/c my lower back pain is steadily increasing. Thanks for any help.

Has anything else changed? Did you receive medication from a different manufacturer from your pharmacy?

Are you eating or drinking differently? Are you taking it with food? Are you on any other medications?
