UpdatedThis is the biggest rip off and almost everyone I dealt with at the company was unprofessional!!! I ordered the product and canceled the order once I realized that the product was doing more damage to my hair as it was fraying the ends. I spoke with someone to cancel the order and this person did not process my request. I then had to pay for the 2nd bottle at $87. When I spoke to another person they did sympathize and said I could mail in the product for a refund which I gladly did as the product was awful! I then did not receive my refund and when I followed up a few months later I kept getting the run around. Finally a nice gentleman told me he would refund me the money I was owed. I waited again for the refund which never showed on my account. I then was directed back and forth within people in the company and told the refund was posted even though it was not received by my bank. The Customer service for neutragreat/keragrow told me there is nothing they can do about it because they did issue it, even though the money was then received by my bank and in essence never actually refunded the money. During this dispute with the company I was treated rudely and as if I was bothering them!!! I asked for a supervisor who simply came on the phone and told me that he refunded the money and there was nothing he could do and hung up on me before I even responded. When I called back I was again directed to this supervisor who continued to be rude and when I mentioned customer service he stated that I was not a customer as I was not making purchases from them anymore! I have actually never posted a review (pro or con) online, but this was the worst experience I have ever had and I just cannot believe how most of the people at this company think they can treat people. It was disgraceful!!!
