Neurorobine Forte Ok To Take With Tea?

I have been having pain in the neck and my arms are numb at bedtime for quite some time. My doctor has prescribed Neurorobine forte. I take one tablet daily with my tea at breakfast everyday. I would like to know if tea neutralizes the effect of Neurorobine forte or should l take it with vitamin c as is the case with iron tablets.
