I would like to know if it is fine for a stroke patient to take a Neuronerv vitamin B1 + B6 + B12?

Has their doctor told them to take it? If so, they should do so, most B vitamins are known to help with nerve support, health, and function.

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, diarrhea, and insomnia, due to its potency.
