Have you tried asking a doctor, or pharmacist?

I am not familiar with them, so I am actually not sure if it is safe to do so. This is a supplement that contains a complex of B Vitamins and vitamin E and some of them can cause stomach irritation if they are crushed, so any coating is removed.
