I heard people use the b12 injection to lose weight is it true.

Nutritional supplements will not actually do anything to aid in weight loss, per se. What I mean is, you can't take a B complex vitamin or just a vitamin B12 supplement and think that it will help you lose weight.

What it may do, however, is to help improve the functioning of someone's body, if they weren't getting enough of it in their diet and the could result in some weight changes, but it would be only slight, not anything significant.

In many cases, when someone is overweight, it is due to a bad diet, because they are eating a lot of convenience foods that are very high in fat and calories, but also low in the necessary nutrients.

Thus, if they add a vitamin supplement, the replacement of some nutrients they've been missing may cause the slight weight changes, such as I've already mentioned, but as I said, it will not be enough to do anything significant.
