Nephrosave Tablets

I am a 52 year old female suffering from kidney function disease. My creatinine level remains around 1. 8. My doctor prescribed nephrosave. I have been a patient of ulcerative collitis and have had a hip replacement because of degeneration of hip bones. Also have mild oesteoporosis. Is it going to be helpful for me to take nephrosave (taurine 500mg + acetylcysteine 150mg)

My name is raghu. My creatinine level is in the range of 2 to 2.3 in the last 4 years and my serum urea level is around 55.. I have been taking Nephrosave tabs. I do not find any perceptible improvement in my creatinine level. Is there any other effective alternative?
