Is Nephrovite the same as Nephro-vitamins? It the doctor just assuming that -vite is short for vitamins:

Thanks for you replies. I think that the Nephro-Vita is what I was looking for as it was for a patient who had dementia.

There isn't a lot of information available on Encephabol, but it contains the active ingredient Pyrithioxine and is used to treat both Alzheimers and Senile Dementia.
