Nefedipine Kidneys
Updateddoes it cause damage to your kidneys?

NIfedipine is a calcium channel blocker, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.
I am not finding anything that says it causes kidney damage, but there is no way to say how it can affect any given person that takes it. Have you discussed your concerns with your doctor?
If you have existing kidney damage, the dosage does have to be carefully adjusted.
