Need To See Doctor On Monthy Basis

My GP Doctor Passd Away In January 12 He Monitered my health And Perscribed For Me As I Have Chemo Neuropathy Throid Problem and Chronic Migraines From A Fractured Skull. I Need To Find a doctor Who Can See me On Regular Basis ,Moniter my health and Renew All Perscriptions for Thyroid Meds -Pain meds etc. Please do not reply if you are not willing to see me on a monthly basis or perscribe the meds I am taking
