What is a white oblong pill that has IP 118 on one side and the other side is scored? Please help.

The pill which you are describing is Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone (750 mg - 7.5 mg).

NOTE: the correct marking is actually ip 118 instead of 1p 118.

Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain.
