Can not drink this stuff quickly, having a hard time not gagging.
Only drank two and half glasses so far and have three liters to go.

I found from personal experience, the best way to cope with drinks that are hard to consume, is by simply using a straw. Using a straw allows the drink to go directly to the back of your throat without too much taste involved. Also try having it over ice, instead of just straight and cold.
