Need New Doctor For Pain Control Due To Ic In Ne Washington State
UpdatedI live in NE WA State and have Interstitial Cystitis and have been dropped by my doctor for no good reason. I have been a good patient, have never failed a U/A, and always came to my appointments. They said they were being "nice" to give me 30 days worth of pills to find a new doc.. Well, those 30 days are past and I have called all over the place. No one will take a chronic pain patient! I can't believe this! What country are we living in? If anyone has any suggestions, please, please let me know! I've stretched my pills that are left just about as far as they will go. I take Oxycontin 30mg 3 x day, and Hydrocodone 10mg 4 x a day. I cannot face the pain that will come when I run out.
