Hi! I'm very sorry that you're stressed and having to deal with this issue.
However, if your doctor's office is still open for the time being, the best way to ease the transition for yourself would be to ask them to refer you to a new doctor.
There have been a lot of issues on the east coast with doctors being restricted on prescribing such medications, so finding one on your own is likely to be troublesome.
Have they recommended anyone, at all?
Do you see a general practitioner or a pain specialist?
