Need Help With Lower Back Pain Caused From Sport - Cricket
UpdatedMy name is Leon, over the past five years or so I injured my lower back from the sport cricket. I was the fastest bowler in my cricket club, then one day in a practice session I bowled and I get a shock in my lower back and could not walk due to the pain in my lower back. I went to the hospital, did some scan and they could not find anything amiss. They then gave me an inj. for the pain and some Panadol. A few days later I was good to go, but a year back as I was in the shower I bend and could not move my lower back. That same pain hit me like a train again, so I checked in at the hospital, where they could not find anything wrong. I was treated the same way then sent home. In just a few days I was all good to go again. Now I am in the same boat all over again. Plz help.
