Need Help With Ambien

My husband would take my bottle away every time so I wouldn't go over board on taking them. Well last time he left the bottle, and I took it like I always do and when I woke up, I had 1 or 2 more gone but don't remember taking them at all. Please let me know if you have any advice. I'm the only person that happens to.

No, you are not the only person this has happened to, please allow me to assure you of that. As reported by the FDA and the NIH, Ambien is actually well known to cause sleep actions, in some people that take it, people have had binge eating episodes, sleep intercourse, they've driven while sleeping.....

It might be better to leave them in another room, after you take your nightly dose. When I was on them for awhile, I also put stuff in front of my bedroom door, things that would prevent my going out, or that would make noise, if I tried.

Alternatively, you could ask about trying a different medication.

Hi there, I can assure you Ambien is notorious for this type of effect. All sedative, hypnotics run this risk.Ambien is a separate classification but still produces this effect in many.I suffer from chronic insomnia and have used every sleeping aide known to man. Sleep hygiene is complex but I choose a holistic approach through diet meditation and excersise . I now average 6 hours per night of true restorative sleep.The greatest relief is awakening and not dreading what I may have done while in a sleep walking process. Most underestimate the strength of these agents and the hell coming off them can be. Be very careful and always have another hold them for you as your husband normally does.That may be the only way to prevent these episodes from occurring . Have you ever attempted holistic approaches for sleep??
