Need Help About Pain Management Morphine Vs Oxycodone (Top voted first)

Hello, I need some help as I just started pain management. I was taking 20mg oxycodone ir 3x a day and it wasn't working. My new Dr just put me on 2x a day morphine sulfate er. Is that stronger because I'm reading oxycodone is 1.5x stronger? I don't wanna be in withdrawal and have worse pain.

Been there done that don't take the morphine it is terable don't stop pain and about killed me withdraw the oxy is great for pain and it's not nothing like morphine withdraw good luck I'm no longer in pain mang since Nov went to rehab and so glad I did I still have pain but I use over the counter med now
