Need A Small Sized Pill--which Companies Have This?

I am going to be bumped up to 300 mg of Bupropion. For the last several years have been good on 200mg SR.
I have a problem with insomnia and am worried about a Bup. 300 XL being in my system at night. My insomnia was worse in the past when I took the Bup. in the afternoon, and better when taking in the morning.

Problem is- I need to eat before I take the Bup. which is a large pill-the reasong being that I have a Zencker's diverticulum (moderate sized pocket/pouch in my esophagus. I Hate getting pills stuck in there for many obvious reasons.
My mom takes Bup.300 XL from Par Pharmaceuticals. It's 5 times smaller ( roughly the size of a pea) that my 200 mg generic(roughly the size of a dime). Par does not make a 300mg SR.

So here is my question--
1) does anyone make a 200 mg SR?
2) who makes this strength in a tiny pill like the Par pill?

My pharmacist says she cannot look up pills by size--that sounds supremely dumb...so I am posting here.

I'm sorry, but your pharmacist is correct, none are sorted by size in any of the databases and, even if they were and you found one of a smaller size, there are no guarantees that it would be the one that your pharmacy had in stock to fill your prescription.

You can sometimes get them to order a specific one in for you, but many won't do that.

There are, however, generic 300mg time released tablets. From what I'm finding, there are tablets in this dosage and in the time released formulation from Wockhardt, Mylan, Anchen and Actavis.

Does anyone else know which of these is the smallest tablet?

As to the insomnia, have you tried anything to help with it, such as Melatonin?

Mylan was horrible for me..i use melatonin,GABA, Natural calm with calcium and liquid benadryl every nit. that was ok-but i am having HUGE stress with a family problem, and I just got some Trazadone for sleep.
