Sulfamethoxazole with Trimethoprim, the active ingredients in Bactrim, is an antibiotic and it has been known to cause those types of side effects, however, some could also be due to the infection that is being treated.

Have you consulted your doctor? If these issues are that severe, you may need to try a different medication.
