Need To Find A Pharmacy That Fills Subutex Asap!!! (Page 7) (Top voted first)

I have been on subutex for 9 months now. But i have a very big problem next month k mart pharmacy will no longer carry subutex. I live in the tri cities in tn. I have called about 35 pharmacies around they either do not take new people getting subutex or do not carry it at all. I have no insurance i found 1 that cost 340 which is way more than the 215 i paid at k mart. Also some pharmacies I know only carry the small ones which to me do not work as good as the bigger ones. Huge difference. I go back on the 8th next month, so if there is anyone that knows of a good pharmacy in my area your help would be greatly appreciated.

Scott...have you found a pharmacy yet? Try CVS. Here in CA, they carry the Suboxone. Do you suppose that is the difference? Subutex vs. Suboxone??

For the guy in TN tricities, go to Princeton pharmacy. They filled mine for 6 months till my copay on insurance agreed to pay for my script, then they dropped me. It's in Johnson city tn, exit 20 behind Hooters. Let me know. Good luck. Now I've gotta find myself a pharmacy which is stupid. My sobriety comes first.

Please share how to do mail in order at this point I don't care what brand and if I can get them through the mail that's fine with me . I'm sick of hearing we don't have them,no new patients,need papers from allergy doctor,back ordered,and so on when personal I think their all full of it.I had one Pharmacy tell my doctor's nurse over the phone they had them on back order and would take me as a patient but nobody else.Well after waiting on back order date, I call for them to tell me the date was moved up almost another month on back order,bs! I think it's discrimination period and we all should fight against it . Walmart in Bristol tn told me they were out and wasn't sure when they would get them,really cause my local walmart in va ordered them taking no more than 1 to 2 days so why can't the other's do the same.Now my local Walmart in VA won't fill them due to new laws.I need a pharmacy fast in Bristol area or through the mail please help,thanks

I have been having same issue with Bristol tn Walmart falcons pharmacy in abingdon will fill them but holy hell it's high as hell I pay 201 for 26 subutex.

That's the problem with all the pharmacies they will script for sub for some people without any issue but others denied.I give up on getting subutex filled anymore.If anyone can please tell me somewhere to go around Bristol area without any bs from the pharmacy please share,thanks

I get Suboxone from CVS in CA. & at first they had to order it. Now that I get it monthly they keep it on hand. Take your script in & see if they'll order it. Good luck!

Hey this is for people in Bristol or jc or Kingsport area - Falcons pharmacy will fill for u, but its high now if u want to drive two and a half hrs to Athens tn Walgreen's. Trust me, if you're as desperate as I was u will. They fill them gladly for u with no damn bs, and for 28 subutex I paid 80 bucks using my rx savings card. Can't beat that.

Hey. As far as price, have you heard of BlinkRX? They literally save me hundreds of dollar on my subutex. As far as shortage, idk what's going on, im in ft Lauderdale and we called through 3 counties before we found any. I was just nasty sick for 3 days. Also, on blink theyll tell you who accepts their program, so you can get a start on whom to call.

Im in Ft. Lauderdale and the CVS's here are going thru so.e manufacturing change. This time i got the real small ones white, with an 8 and an arrow on the other side, this month i got actavisorange half moons. I think they are gonna stick w the Actavis but im going on pure conjecture. I think they are cheaper.

AWV304 I go to the same doctor's office, and the other location is actually cheaper. You won't likely find a pharmacy in PA that will take you, and the few that will will only accept cash no insurance so I wouldn't waste my time.

kdmrXohio, I did find a pharmacy, thanks to my niece's husband who just went through the searching for a pharmacy a few weeks ago. In order to receive the information about the pharmacy, I had to promise him I would not tell anyone else. You're definitely correct on the pharmacies being cash only for the Subutex and my insurance does cover mine so that really sucks although my insurance company did tell me I can fill out a reimbursement form and be reimbursed for it so that's excellent news for me. I thought I was just going to be out of $365!

Even with the cost of the medication, it is still CHEAPER than the clinic I was going to here in WV and I don't have to go through all the BS. The clinic I was going to required two hours of counseling WEEKLY, at least one NA meeting weekly plus annual bloodwork and a physical done at another location so just paying the clinic, medication copay and out of pocket expense for gas for all those extra trips every week, I was spending upwards of $800-$900 per month. The new clinic, medication and gas costs about $625 per month and with the reimbursement of the $365 it will only cost $260 a month, gas for travel included. I didn't waste my time and it was indeed worth it for me. What clinic is cheaper than $220 per month? This was the cheapest I was able to find and I do like it so far much better than the WV clinics I have been to.

I also wanted to follow up about my experience so far with CareZone's mail order pharmacy. So far, everything has went smoothly. After getting my initial prescription filled at the pharmacy and paying cash, CareZone should pick up from here and mail my medication out so that I will receive it when it is due again next month. After a quick phone call to CareZone, they took my doctors name, clinic name and number and pharmacy name and number and said they will contact the doctor and get my next refill ordered so it can be shipped to arrive right on time so I'm not any time without my medication. They said everything looked like it was good to go and if any issue arose, they would contact me promptly. I placed my order on the 4th and I have not heard anything so everything must be okay with my prescription being mailed. If your doctor is willing to allow you to participate in the mail order program (most are), all you need to do is go to carezone.com and create an account and upload your insurance cards and a photo of your prescription bottle and place an order. Once you have an account you can also call CareZone to order your medication. Your doctor can also fax or e-prescribe your medication and send it to CareZone that way but you will need a minimum of a twelve day supply on hand so I do recommend calling before your next refill is due if you currently have at least a twelve day supply. I will post an update once I hear more and let everyone know how it goes.

CVS is REALLY bad about deciding WHEN to fill an Rx too. Like MOST pharmacists there will fill on Day 28...BUT they can make their own rules & decide to fill it on Day 29 or 30. I'm sick of it.
