Need St. Louis Dr For Pain Meds

My Dr. Sucks... I can't get 1mg of pain medication. Have sciatic pain, low back and left hip pains. AS well as a torn shoulder and in creased pain in neck and shoulders. Impingement under the collar bone. SUCKS.. some terrible pain. My Dr gave me prednisone, gabapentin as well as tick tacks.. may as well all been tic tacks.. Need a Dr. who isn't afraid to give an adult pain medications.
