Need Medication To Show Up

I am supposed to take Hydrocodone 7.5 every 8 hours. I had stopped for about a week because of constipation. I may have a urine test in 2 and 1/2 days. which will be Thursday, at 1:00pm. I started the hydrocodone back every 8 hours on Tuesday. Will the hydrocodone still show up in my system taking it every 8 hours from Tuesday to Thursday? I need it to so they don't think I am doing something else with it. Which I am not
