Need Help Finding A Doctor That Can Prescribe 30mg Oxycodone In The Ny / Nj Area (Page 2)

My doctor has been giving me 15mg Oxy's but now wants me to go see a pain management doctor to get 30mg's. I have chronic pain from severe scoliosis- have all MRI's documenting this. Does anyone here have a doctor in the New York metro, North New Jersey area that they can tell me about? Thanks.

Wow, im soo sorry that happen to u. I don't understand how these dr's r legally or medically allowed to just stop the meds like that; especially after more than 6 straight months of a client taking them. Anyone that's ever taken narcotic medication knows ur body will go through severe withdrawals that can threaten ur life. I don't see how they morally do it either knowing that after 3-30 straight days of taking these narcs ur body will start to need them on a daily basis at the same amount daily. Clinically, the best way is to wean the client down slowly so as not to cause any serious health issues for the client. This is how n why there are many more illicit drug abusers. When some cannot get what their body needs legally they will seek out illegal substances. Thus causing n creating drug abuse / addicts!! And the beginning of their lives going down hill. I have seen this occur all bcuz they were started off on narcotic meds from nurses to dr's themselves, lawyers, many high paid individuals, ok. It's sad, really is. Some really r taking their meds n do suffer from legitimate issues. Wish I could help u. I feel what ur going thru. Just no matter what don't seek out illicit substances. That few moments of heaven will only lead to yrs of hell. God bless u.

Hello. I truly hope I can get an appt. He sounds like a dream come true. For 12 yrs I've been this way from a near rape and assault! I came from a second story house window to get away from this crazy man. It looks like a 4th floor story window n height. Hadn't I panicked I'd went right to the front window n walked away injury free. I had to give up my career. My life's changed so much I cant do things I once loved to do, like take long walks. I can barely walk n some days takes hours to just stand. The pain's that horrific. I have 3 plates to my left knee n ankle. A recent mri shows the plates sticking into my joint which may mean ill need yet a 4th surgery. I'm truly scared to go under the knife again. I pray dr white can help me. I need it. I have spinal stenosis, disc degenerative disease (all in my lower lumbar a area) and a Harrington Rod that is dislodged on the bottom (I had scoliosis surgery in 1982. I am 50 years old now. .

I am currently on pain management and am prescribed 60 15mg oxycodone a month. Now my doctor wants to decrease my meds. He says that the oxy is only really allowed for Cancer patients now.

I am in so much pain and the only thing that helps are what I am prescribed. I tried injections, nerve pain MEDS, muscle relaxers and every known over the counter MEDS out there. Nothing else works.

Does anyone know a doctor in the northern NJ area that would continue with my pain management plan and NOT decrease my script? I am desperate. The pain is unbearable without it and I can barely get through a full day of work as it is.

I have had 2 back surgeries and al they did was make it worse, then I was told to go to a pain management Dr, which worked out great 30mg oxycodon every 3 hrs and OxyContin 3 x per day for 5 yrs. Than 1 day igo I and was told they were no longer prescribing opiats any more, just like that! So in despret need of a pain management Dr , please if any one knows of a dr in NJ IM IN Wayne but will go further. TIA

I am willing to trade old doctors and pharmacies that will fill for doctors that can write me 30mg multiple times a day. I have all the proper paperwork, mri's, doctor history, prescription history, etc...

I just moved back to north jersey and I'm having trouble find a new doc up here. I broke my back twice and have been on all kinds of meds but right now I'm on 30 mg oxycodone 4x a day.

Ok , so Dr White kew gardens he is very sympathetic to pain he is on pain meds himself and has injuries , sometimes there is a wait and to get the first appointment you have to have proven injuries MRI , and don't lie about anything your taking because they will check in the computer , but other than that there is no hassle , very easy going just be honest , he understood I had a tolerance gave me what I needed to cover the pain. Once you get to know him and the staff you don't have to wait anymore either ,

I was dismissed from pain management clinic due to a failed urinalysis after 3 years. Now I need a new doctor in NY or NJ who prescribes oxycodone hcl ir 30 mg as it's the only pain med that works for me that doesn't make me too sleepy to work or do anything. I will have all my records from the previous dr. and can get a new mri, cuz the month before I was released my dr. wrote me a prescription for a new mri of the lumbar spine. My previous mri displayed 8 herniated discs with disc degenerative spondalysis along with moderate to severe oa in all my joints.

Hi , so just so everyone knows even if you find a great dr who writes whatever you want , the laws are changing and they may not be able to continue to write the amount you need also a lot of drs who were previously writing just stop and change practices and your left with nothing in pain facing detox , or they are under investigation getting arrested and your in the same boat , I actually had a dr ( need a valid MRI ) who was writing 30 mg oxy every 4 hrs my tolerance went up so high I kept needing more to work the same , and if I would have asked he would have given me more breakthrough meds etc , my life became surrounded around my dr app and refilling my script , this medicine is evil and changes you even if taking it as prescribed it ruins your life and changes you there is other ways to treat the pain , I choose to switch found an amazing dr working with me getting me off the pain meds , I couldn't wean down so he offered me suboxone or methadone and im weaning from there , he is also working with me to manage my pain in other ways , but think about it will always be an issue if you stay on this medicine ,
