I am 35 and just started bc again. I was put on Necon 7-7-7--28 and since the day I started I have been bleeding pretty regular. I am about two weeks into my first pack. I am missing half of my thyroid and slightly hypo(on 50 mcg of Synthroid daily) . I'm not sure if I should continue taking the Necon or just stop while I'm a head. My Dr. thought it would help w my pain during my menstrual cycle. I need some advice ....I can't see my Dr. Again for another month:'(

Hello,

If you have been bleeding an abnormal amount for a long period of time and it is concerning you, I recommend that you stop taking the pills until you can speak with your doctor. For your pain I really recommend Clary Sage essential oil, it personally helps me a great deal and it has lots of other benefits! You can find this oil from many online vendors but I think Doterra and Young Living are the most reliable when it comes to quality. Also, I posted a link to an article that lists some other oils that can be used for Menstrual cramp relief. The oils are listed at the bottom of the page: suite101.com/article/menstrual-cramp-relief-with-essential-oils-

I hope this helps!
