My wife has suffered due to severe neck pain and back pain from yesterday . The same problem, she faced last year and recovered after lot of treatment. I need solution, why it happened suddenly once again and how to recover from this problem (Medicine and Food)

I am sorry, but no one is going to be able to diagnose the problem and provide you with a solution from just a short post on a website.
She needs to be examined by a doctor, who can run the proper tests to see what is causing her problem and then can talk with her about her treatment options.
There are many reason she may be experiencing such problems with pain. It could be something related to nerve damage or irritation, so it may be neuropathic.
