I recieved a refill for my losartan-hctz 100-25. The pill color changed. It's white, circle on the pill, and its says sz 390.

The tablet with the SZ 390 marking contains the same medication in the same dosages.

What you need to know is that this is a generic medication, the name brand would be Hyzaar, so it is manufactured by several different companies.
