Nausea, Nortriptyline
UpdatedHow long will it take for nausea to subside? I have been taking 20mgs a day for two days now and it is quite bad.

Hello, Kellie! I am very sorry about the problem you're experiencing.
That can be a normal side effect of this medication, as reported by the NIH, you may also experience dizziness, headache, mood swings and weight changes.
They should start to improve, then go away entirely, once your body gets used to the medication, but that may take 4 to 5 weeks.
Are you on any other medications?
