I am 39, I've been on LoEtrin Fe and later Minastrin Fe for several years. I've always has some sort of period, even if it's just light for one or two days, usually some slight cramping but nothing like without the Pill, until about April or May, when I seemed to spot for a week before, had nothing the week of the iron pills, and then went right back to my regular schedule of white pills. The next month, normal, light period lasting about a day, a rather heavy one in September, some cramping but almost no spotting or anything in October, some minor cramping but also nothing in November, and I am just worried something is wrong.
