I take a 4 diluadid at once (2mg doses) for chronic back pain when I hurt my back at work. I get a refill every 3 months and like my doctor explained to me as long as I have the pain and only use it for that I'll be fine. I work everyday and don't stop. Like he has told me, it's worse to stop than to keep going. So like I said I take 4 at once only once a day after work and some days it just kills me to keep going but I do it till I get home.
