I am having B12 deficiency. Before 6 months I took around 10 B12 shots and simultaneously I took Nuroday H tablets also. AFter that it went fine. My doctor advised me to take Nuroday H tablets after every 6 months for 15 days. After 6 months, this is the first time I have started taking these tablets and till now I have taken around 4 tablets. Now I feel some kind of nausea and imbalance. I feel this especially after a quick movement or suddenly getting up or immediatly after waking up from bed etc. I want to know if this is a side effect of Nuroday H tablets or something else? Also, I am a regular swimmer and I swim for around 1.5 Kms daily. That could also be the reason for this feeling? Thanks, Prasad ## Have you consulted your doctor? Yes, generally, if you vomit within 15 minutes of taking your birth control tablet, they recommend that you take a second pill. In the future, you may want to refrain from taking it, at the same time that you take the vitamin, to prevent this and you may want to make sure that you don't take the vitamin on an empty stomach. Taking it with a small meal or snack may help reduce the nausea. ## Hello I been on loestri 24 fe for 3 mo...

This is supposed to contain Cefetamet, used as an antibiotic in some countries. I would like to obtain more information, such as possible side effects, instructions, and anything else which someone could tell me. ## A related discussion thread is now available which details some preliminary information about the active ingredient in question. See the following page and share any feedback you might have. Just to add, this does appear to be readily available in countries outside the United States (such as India). Some of the side effects reported include nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, and hypersensitivity reactions typical of a cephalosporin antibiotic.

been vomiting off and on for about an hour, three times, my heads not hurting. woke up had to throw up ## What caused you to start vomiting, and how long has it been going on for? It sounds like it's from something you may have ate (food poisoning possibly). There have been a large number of recalls for certain foods recently, if that is the case. Either way I would recommend checking in with your doctor or going to urgent care. They can better evaluate your condition in person by checking all levels of your health and medical history. In the meantime I would suggest sticking to mostly fresh raw fruits and vegetables for your diet and limit dairy products and poultry. Dairy is mucous forming and can possibly worsen the effects. Cooked foods in general are carcinogenic to humans, alt...
