I have been recommended this capsule for my hair loss ailment. Is this safe ? is this effective ??

I can't find any specific information on this, other than that it is listed as a multivitamin supplement, not an actual medication.

Therefore, there should be no harm in taking it, unless your doctor advises you not to do so.

Sometimes a lack in some vital nutrients, such as Biotin can contribute to hair loss.
