Nattokinese

My wife has dry gangrene on her right leg and she is also a kidney failure and on dialaysis for the past 8 years. ahe also has her heart bypass 3 years ago. In March 11 she has her left limb amputated due to wet gangrene.
She has thromobosis on her right leg and we were advised to give her Nattokinese.
We are concern because she also take blood tinner - Pelvix and we afraid there maybe a side effect to my wife's heart and also internal bleeding.. Please advise urgently and kindly recommend.
